It went up to 9 or 10, which seemed a lot for a simple mathematical error, but then I thought perhaps it was a hangover from the day before, when I put a link to my post on (B)OLD AGE titled (not my decision at all) 'Savoring old age, writing and sex at 82' - perhaps they are finding that too much to take. I have actually proposed to Substack that we ask non-subscribers why they made that decision. I would be curious.
My father's oft used phrase was: "Too soon oldt, but too late schmart!"
Bear that in mind if and when you get 'oldt.'❣️
