An Introduction to Substack for Writers: Video Now Available

A note to readers

A couple of months or so ago, I posted a note about a video I made for people who are curious about Substack, but don’t know much about it. The video, intended especially for writers, is now available for the cost of $4.00: all proceeds will go to the homeless charity that all my Substack income goes to.

The video does the following

•            explains what Substack is

•            explores why you might want to start writing a newsletter

•            describes how to get started (and what to think about beforehand)

•            reviews some extra outcomes from joining

•            provides details of sites which offer help

One writer, who has seen it recently said: “Immensely valuable and informative video, well-delivered and filled with tips to get the most from Substack.”

I must stress that if you are already on Substack, you will know virtually everything in the video, so I am not urging existing Substack writers to buy this.
