This is intended to help you.
Substack keeps adding bells and whistles to help writers to find readers and to help readers find their way around. Content ‘tags’ were added some time ago, but I was slow to work out how to use them. I have finally done so.
Reading on specific topics
This means that if you are interested in reading all my posts on a specific topic (as much as I was able to label them), you can now do so. When you look at the Navigation Bar (just under the name, The Granny Who Stands on her Head), you will see across the bar:
Home (the site’s home page)
Growing Older (I am over 80 after all)
Emotions (concerned with emotions and ideas)
The Body (concerned with bodily matters)
Culture (writing, arts etc)
Dying (issues around death and dying)
Notes to Readers (administrative)
Archive (all posts)
About (an attempt to explain what this Substack is intended to do for you)
I hope this helps you to discover new writing of interest. Incidentally, bodily matters may not sound particularly interesting, but some surprising posts are lurking there in plain sight.

You will also note that on the Home Page, I have ‘pinned’ one post about why people stand on their head, including a two minute video of me doing so. This is intended as an introductory post for new readers, demonstrating the name of the newsletter and proposing a few initial posts to read.
